We live in Mesa right off of Dobson and Southern across from MCC.

Our place is very nice, 2 story 3 BR ,2 bathroom condo it is $880 for rent (collectively) and about 100 a mo for electricity(per person) so, rent would be about 380- 400 a month for you.

We are really chill, our roomate is not a furry, but furry friendly, just cant be a total "furfag'' (lol) around him but when u with me n J its totally fine.

So something ive noticed...furries that complain that they are broke and dont have money for anything, moving out, paying rent, a car , car insurence...then next thing you know...there telling you how much fun they just had at AC or another con!!! seriously?
